The Echo of a Scar

A scar is never just damage… it is memory carved into flesh, stone, or soul.

Every scar tells a story: of battles fought, losses endured, and power forged through pain. Some scars fade, becoming faint reminders of a time long past. Others, however, linger… glowing like embers beneath the skin, waiting to be awakened.

In Luminous Odyssee, scars are not silent. They whisper. They become relics. And in the wrong hands, they are more dangerous than any blade.

The Scar Relic is one such echo — a wound that refused to close. It bleeds not with blood, but with voices of what it endured. To touch it is to relive pain, to feel the weight of a wound that belongs to someone — or something — else.

The question is not whether scars heal… but whether we should ever let them.
