Manga Day 2025 is just around the corner, inviting all manga enthusiasts to a special experience. As in previous years, Comicline in Luxembourg is taking on the organization of this popular event, which, once again dubbed Free Manga Day, will set fans’ hearts racing. On September 27, 2025, the Comicline booth in Esch-sur-Alzette will open its doors, giving visitors the chance to take home free mangas. This day has long been a highlight for the manga community and promises yet again to celebrate the passion for Japanese comic art.

Renowned Publishers and Exclusive Samples

In 2025, Manga Day will once more be supported by a host of well-known publishers, who together are putting together an impressive program. Participating publishers include altraverse, Carlsen Manga, Crunchyroll, Egmont Manga, Hayabusa, Loewe Manga, Manga Cult, Manga JAM Session, Manlin, Panini, TOKYOPOP, and TOPP. For the occasion, they’ve produced 28 free reading samples, created exclusively for Manga Day 2025. This variety ensures there’s something for every taste – from action-packed stories to heartfelt narratives.

An Artwork with a Distinct Signature

Another highlight of Manga Day 2025 is the official artwork, born from a creative collaboration between two talented artists. Renowned mangaka Ban Zarbo drew the design, infusing it with her unmistakable style, while artist Natyra provided the finishing touch with her vibrant color work. The result is a radiant piece that perfectly captures the allure of the manga world and heightens anticipation for the event.

Ban Zarbo is no stranger to the German manga scene. Since 2020, she has captivated readers with her series Cold – Die Kreatur, published by altraverse. Her work has since built a loyal fanbase not only in Germany but across other European countries as well. The combination of Zarbo’s intricate style and Natyra’s vivid artistry makes this artwork a true eye-catcher.

A Day Full of Inspiration

Manga Day 2025 thus offers far more than just free mangas. It’s an opportunity to experience the diversity and creativity of manga culture up close. Whether you’re a die-hard fan or a curious newcomer, this day promises inspiration and unforgettable moments. Mark September 27, 2025, on your calendars and join in when Comicline in Esch-sur-Alzette opens its doors for this one-of-a-kind celebration!

Further details about Manga Day 2025 will be released soon.
