This section provides centralised access to all official association documents, forms and publications of LUXBD. All content is clearly structured, version-controlled and continuously maintained. It includes binding legal foundations, statutes, regulations and organisational documents as well as all relevant forms for membership and administration.

Additionally, the current code of ethics and conduct guidelines, information and presentation materials, newsletter and press release archives, minutes, annual and activity reports are provided. Practical templates and work aids for members, office holders and cooperation partners complete the offering. Historical and further documents are consolidated in the archive.

    The present French‑language version of the articles of association establishes the legal foundations and the organisational framework for the activities of the association. It is the central constitution under Luxembourg association law and contains the provisions on name, registered office, purpose, membership, corporate bodies and procedural rules.
